- Login to WHMCS dashboard.
- Go to Clients section and select View/Search Clients from the list.
- On the next page, select the client for which you want to bypass automatic suspension.
- On the Client Profile page, switch to Product/Services tab and proceed.
- On the next page, scroll down to Override Auto Suspend option and check the box if it is uncheck.
- Click over date and select the date from the calendar.
- Click over Save Changes.
