Job Role: Technical Support Executive - Level 1 (Location: Prayagraj)
Job description: - System Admin Level 1 to help support our customer base, both directly & indirectly. The activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non- recurring problems in Hosting Environment and other random/miscellaneous duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner.
- Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, ticket, phone, and other electronic media.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services.
- Prioritizing and managing many open tickets at a time.
- Successfully completing other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills required:
- Computer Knowledge, Good Communication skills in English.
- HTML, CSS, PHP Programming knowledge Preferred.
- Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM) preferred.
- Basic installation, server security, server monitoring, Abuse Prevention Task.
- Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim.
- Installation and modification of Wordpress, MySQL databases, GUI etc.
- Managing server Backup/Restore.
- Basic knowledge of DNS management and concepts.
- Ability to work well with a team, constantly changing environment, and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Confident and passionate.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening.
- Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
