As many of you know, Red Server Host has never been this unresponsive before. We sincerely apologize for the delay in support responses and the inconvenience caused.

Due to the recent cPanel CVE-2026 login vulnerability, around 5% of our infrastructure was affected. Our team has been working continuously to recover and secure everything properly.

The reason the downtime has extended is simple: we do not want to take any risk with your data. Our first priority is to keep everyone’s data safe, restore services carefully, and make sure the environment is secure before bringing everything fully back online.

Please do not think that we have stopped responding or are ignoring anyone. Our support team is currently under heavy load due to the sudden increase in tickets and calls, which is why response time is delayed.

The situation is now under control, and we expect affected services to return to normal operational mode within 24 to 48 hours.

We humbly request you to please stay calm, cooperate with us, and avoid migrating elsewhere in panic. Moving services during recovery may create further complications. We are here, we are working, and we are fully committed to restoring everything safely.
