01 · Billing Responsibilities
Keep billing information accurate and current
Subscribers agree to pay all applicable service fees at the time of signup, registration and renewal, subject to this policy.
Subscribers must keep billing details, email addresses and other contact information up to date. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to verify that submitted information is accurate so that billing and service continuity are not affected.
No refund will be processed when an account is suspended for non-payment. No backup of data will be provided in such a non-payment suspension case.
02 · Money-Back Periods
Guarantee periods vary by billing cycle

Shared Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting purchased on a monthly billing cycle.
A cancellation request must be placed within the period specified for the applicable service. Once the relevant guarantee period expires, the service is no longer eligible for a refund.
03 · Prorata Refunds
Refunds cover only the unused service period
Red Server Host provides prorata refunds. The number of days during which the service was used is deducted, and only the amount attributable to the remaining eligible period is considered for refund.

Who can qualify for a refund?

The money-back guarantee applies only to first-time customers. Existing or previous customers are not eligible on new orders.

Refunds are processed on a prorata basis after deducting the period during which the service was used.

A cancellation request must be submitted within the money-back guarantee period applicable to the purchased service.

The account must not be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, misuse, excessive resource usage, unlawful activity or a violation of the Terms of Service.

The refund request must relate to a valid technical issue with the service and must be raised within the applicable guarantee period.
06 · Domain Restrictions
Registered, abusive or trademark-related domains
- No refund is applicable once a domain name has been registered.
- No refund is applicable for a domain that is similar to a trademarked name or brand and is used for similar goods, services or assets.
- Domains associated with phishing, abuse cases, misuse, legal cases or fraudulent activity are not eligible for a refund.
- A customer registering a domain confusingly similar to a protected brand may be held liable for trademark infringement.
07 · Suspension & Abuse
Suspended or terminated services are not refundable
No refund will be issued when a service is suspended or terminated due to email marketing, email abuse, misuse of service, inappropriate, illegal or immoral activity, excessive account usage, fraudulent activity, copyrighted content without permission or any other Terms of Service violation.
Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted MP3, video or audio files without proper rights, waives refund eligibility.
08 · Requesting a Refund
Submit the cancellation request within time
To seek a refund, place a cancellation request within the guarantee period applicable to the service and clearly describe the valid technical issue being experienced. Requests made after the applicable deadline cannot be processed.
