Job Role: Technical Support Executive - Level 1 (Location: Prayagraj)
Job description: - System Admin Level 1 to help support our customer base, both directly & indirectly. The activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non- recurring problems in Hosting Environment and other random/miscellaneous duties.
Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner.
Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, ticket, phone, and other electronic media.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services.
Prioritizing and managing many open tickets at a time.
Successfully completing other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills required:
Computer Knowledge, Good Communication skills in English.
HTML, CSS, PHP Programming knowledge Preferred.
Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM) preferred.
Basic installation, server security, server monitoring, Abuse Prevention Task.
Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim.
Installation and modification of Wordpress, MySQL databases, GUI etc.
Managing server Backup/Restore.
Basic knowledge of DNS management and concepts.
Ability to work well with a team, constantly changing environment, and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
Confident and passionate.
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening.
Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
