How to Fix- “Could not determine the nameserver IP address for ‘domain’ while adding addon domain”

Are you seeing this error?

Could not determine the nameserver IP addresses for “domain”. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

There is a way to fix this issue from WHM Root. In Tweak settings we have the “Allow unregistered domains”  option disabled. Enabling “Allow unregistered domains” will fix the issue in no time.

Step::1 Login to WHM Root and click on Server Configuration

Step::2 Select the icon ‘Tweak Settings’.

Step::3 Click on the tab ‘Domains’.

Step::4 Find the option ‘Allow unregistered domains’ and turn it on.

Step::5 Click on Save button.
